NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–KERV Interactive, the leader in AI-powered video analysis, performance, and monetization, today announced the appointment of Lauri Baker as Senior Vice President, Head of Partnerships. Baker brings to the company more than 25 years of experience in adtech, strategic partnerships, and digital innovation, most recently serving as SVP of Strategic Partnerships at Infillion.
Baker has a proven track record of scaling new technologies and driving measurable results. Reporting to CRO Jay Wolff, she will help guide KERV’s partnership strategies, deepening relationships with agencies and brands, and accelerating revenue growth.
Over the past year, KERV has prioritized product innovation and partnership growth across brands, agencies, and publishers. It expanded its offerings to include programmatic solutions available through partners including Magnite and dynamic, interactive, and shoppable CTV experiences with partners like Digitas, Disney, Vevo, and VIZIO. KERV has also enhanced its shoppability and product correlation capabilities, collaborating with NBCU for ‘Must Shop TV’ in North America and globally with Paramount ANZ, while refining its object-level contextual targeting and retargeting capabilities. KERV’s proprietary AI platform has processed and analyzed over 1.3 million videos, both ads and content, extracting metadata to ensure brand safety, contextual relevance, and shoppability. By identifying valuable moments across millions of hours of content, KERV’s platform makes them actionable for advertisers and monetizable for publishers.
“Lauri will be a major asset to the KERV team and help us deliver tremendous value to our customers,” said Gary Mittman, CEO of KERV. “Her impressive background at the intersection of technology, data, and creativity will be key to driving innovation where content and commerce converge.”
“The future of advertising is being shaped by technology that enhances both performance and privacy, and KERV is leading that transformation,” said Baker. “KERV’s advanced AI and image-recognition technology not only create seamless, shoppable video experiences but also enable brands and publishers to engage consumers in more meaningful and measurable ways. The opportunity to bridge the gap between content and commerce at this critical moment in digital transformation made joining KERV an exciting decision. I’m looking forward to helping scale these innovative solutions and deliver powerful results for our partners across every screen.”
Before joining KERV, Baker held key roles at companies such as Discovery, Verizon Media, and HuffPost Partner Studio, where she co-founded one of the earliest branded content studios. As a recognized leader in the industry, Baker was named one of NewsCred’s 50 Most Influential Content Marketers and serves on the IAB Video Leadership Board.
“Lauri has established herself as an experienced leader in strategic partnerships and she understands keenly the nature of the rapidly evolving advertising landscape,” said Jay Wolff, CRO of KERV. “Lauri has been successful at growing revenue and orchestrating collaborative sales teams. Her time at Infillion will play a crucial role in helping us push the boundaries of interactive, dynamic, and shoppable video experiences and unlock new opportunities for our clients.”
